Monthly training plans

Monthly plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until you pause them. Current prices are $149 per month for boxing, $189 for mixed martial arts, $139 for kickboxing, $139 for grappling, $119 for the junior program and $99 for the conditioning program.

Two weeks notice is required to cancel a monthly plan. Notice can be given by phone on +1 (312) 729-4318 or by email to info@kharscapvisi.com. The cancellation takes effect from the start of the next billing cycle, so the month already paid for continues to the end of its period.

Refunds and credits for monthly plans

When you cancel with the required two weeks notice, kharscapvisi.com does not charge the following cycle and no refund is issued for the current period, because that coaching time has already been scheduled and delivered.

If you cancel within the first seven days of a new monthly plan and no paid session of that plan has taken place yet, the amount paid for that plan is refunded to the original payment method. If a session has already been taken, the plan is not refunded, but the remaining sessions in that week can be moved to another time.

If kharscapvisi.com has to cancel a scheduled class at short notice, for example because a coach is unwell, the session is moved to another class time. If no alternative is available, the session is credited to your account and used at a later date. kharscapvisi.com does not charge for a class it cancels.

Missed sessions

Sessions you miss are not refunded, because the coaching slot was held for you. You can move a session instead of losing it if you tell the desk before the class starts. Under a monthly plan, up to two moved sessions per month are included; after that, the coach may offer a different slot or the session becomes a credit.

Private coaching packages

Private coaching is charged at $95 per session. A prepaid private package must be used within the period stated on your purchase confirmation, normally eight to twelve weeks. Unused sessions in an expired package are not refunded and cannot be carried into a new package.

If you cancel a private session with more than 24 hours notice, the session moves to another date. With less than 24 hours notice, the session is charged, because the coach has already planned and reserved the hour.

Drop-in rounds and open mat guests

Drop-in rounds are charged at $25 and a guest pass to open mat is $20. These are single sessions booked for a specific time. Once booked, they cannot be refunded, but they can be transferred to another athlete or moved to another available session by contacting kharscapvisi.com.

Free first session

The first session with kharscapvisi.com is free. There is nothing to pay, so there is nothing to refund. It includes a movement screen, a shadow class and a conversation about which program fits you.

Medical suspension

If a doctor advises you to stop training, kharscapvisi.com will pause your monthly plan on receipt of that advice for the period it covers. The remaining weeks of the paused period are credited to your account and used when you return. Written advice from a clinician is required so the same rule is applied to every student.

Chargebacks and disputes

We review the class record and the billing record and answer within ten working days. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States of America, and courts in the State of Illinois have jurisdiction over a dispute that could not be settled directly.
