FAQ / practical answers

Everything you wondered before contacting kharscapvisi.com

If your question is not here, call +1 (312) 729-4318 or send a short note. A coach answers — not a sales desk, and not a chatbot with a friendly name.

No. About half of the people on our mat have never trained a day in their life. Your first session is an assessment, not a test: we watch how you move, check what your body can handle today, and place you in a group that fits. If you are nervous, say so when you arrive — a coach will walk you through the whole session.
The first session is free. That includes the movement screen, a shadow class and a short conversation about which program suits you. There is no initiation fee, no equipment charge in the first month and no pressure to sign anything at the desk.
Monthly plans renew until you pause them. Two weeks notice is enough to cancel. Sessions you have already taken are not refunded, and a prepaid private coaching package is used within the period you bought it. There is no weekend surcharge and no late fee for changing your class slot.
Yes. kharscapvisi.com runs classes from early morning to late evening, and monthly plans without a fixed term are available. If you miss a class, tell the desk before it starts and we move the session rather than charge you for it. Up to two moved sessions per month are included under a monthly plan; after that the coach may offer a different slot or the session becomes a credit.
Bring comfortable clothes, water and a towel for the first session. Gloves, hand wraps and shin guards can be borrowed at kharscapvisi.com until you decide what fits your sport. We do not sell gear at the desk, so nobody gets talked into a pair of gloves they do not need.
In boxing, controlled sparring usually begins in the second month, once the movement screen and the safety briefing are done. In MMA, the Starter group works technically for the first three months. Every fighter at kharscapvisi.com completes a safety briefing and signs the mat rules before live rounds.
Ten fighters maximum per group, with a coach working the whole session. That limit is the reason kharscapvisi.com sometimes asks you to move to another class time. We would rather shift your slot than dilute the coaching.
No. The junior group is for ages 7–13 and runs in the afternoon, separated by level. kharscapvisi.com keeps the class playful — games, pads, balance work — but the fundamentals are the same ones we teach adults, explained in a way a twelve-year-old can actually use.
Yes. kharscapvisi.com works with students across the USA. Remote athletes get a live session schedule, a written weekly plan and video review, with in-person sessions booked when travel allows. We never claim to be everywhere — we tell you exactly what support you get where you live.
Tell a coach before you train and show the relevant note if you have one. kharscapvisi.com will adapt your session — pad work instead of sparring, conditioning instead of rounds, or a pause while it heals. Please do not train through a sharp pain; it is a bad deal for everyone on the mat.
