Terms of service for training with kharscapvisi.com
These terms describe the agreement between kharscapvisi.com, located at , and students training with the academy across the USA.
1. Agreement to train
Starting a monthly plan, buying a private coaching package or booking a drop-in round with kharscapvisi.com means you accept these terms. Your first free session is a trial and creates no obligation.
2. Membership plans and prices
Monthly plans are billed in advance for the following month and renew automatically until you pause them. Current prices are $149 per month for boxing, $189 for mixed martial arts, $139 for kickboxing, $139 for grappling, $119 for the junior program, $99 for the conditioning program, $95 per private coaching session, $25 per drop-in round and $20 per guest pass to an open mat session. Open mat is free once a month for kharscapvisi.com students.
There is no initiation fee and no equipment charge in the first month. There is no weekend surcharge and no fee for changing your class slot.
3. Cancellation and pausing
Two weeks notice is required to cancel a monthly plan. Notice can be given by phone or email and takes effect from the start of the following billing cycle. If you cancel within two weeks of a renewal date, the current month is not refunded. The only exception is a cancellation within the first seven days of a new monthly plan, before any paid session of that plan has taken place: in that case the amount paid for that plan is refunded to the original payment method.
If you travel or your schedule changes, you can move a scheduled session instead of losing it, provided you tell the desk before the class starts. Up to two moved sessions per month are included under a monthly plan; after that the coach may offer a different slot or the session becomes a credit. A prepaid private coaching package must be used within the period stated when you bought it.
4. Classes, capacity and schedule
Class times run from 6:00 to 21:00, Monday to Saturday. Groups are capped at ten fighters with one coach working each session. When a group is full, kharscapvisi.com may offer another class time or place you on a waiting list. Public holidays and scheduled maintenance closures are published in advance through the class schedule.
5. Safety, conduct and mat rules
Every athlete completes a safety briefing before live contact work. Clean gear, clean wraps, mouthguards where required and timely reporting of injuries are required. kharscapvisi.com may stop a session or suspend training access when safety rules are ignored, when equipment is unclean, or when conduct puts a coach, student or visitor at risk.
You must disclose relevant medical conditions and provide emergency contact details. Training is physical activity carried out at your own risk; kharscapvisi.com provides instruction, equipment checks and safety supervision but cannot remove the inherent risk of contact sport.
6. Coaching plans and expectations
Written training plans and sparring notes produced by kharscapvisi.com are educational tools prepared for your goals. They are not medical advice, and they do not create an outcome that kharscapvisi.com can promise. Results depend on your effort, attendance, health and the quality of your coaching over time.
7. Intellectual property and recordings
Training plans, session notes and video analysis prepared by kharscapvisi.com belong to kharscapvisi.com as coaching materials. You may use them for your own training. Sparring video is recorded only with the consent of everyone visible in the frame and is used for coaching review. kharscapvisi.com does not publish training footage without a separate written agreement with each person shown.
8. Website content and submissions
The content on kharscapvisi.com, including prices, schedules and descriptions, is provided for information. If a detail on the site conflicts with the confirmation you receive from a coach, the written confirmation from kharscapvisi.com applies. Content you submit through a form is treated as a request, not as a contract.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, kharscapvisi.com is not responsible for loss of personal property left on site, for injuries arising from participation in training, or for indirect losses connected with training. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for serious personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Courts located in the State of Illinois have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or from training provided by kharscapvisi.com, and the parties submit to that jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.
11. Changes and contact
kharscapvisi.com may update these terms when services or prices change. Updated terms are published on this page with a new date, and current students are notified before a price change affects their next billing cycle. Questions go to info@kharscapvisi.com or +1 (312) 729-4318.
